Refund can be given on an order before it has been shipped.

We have a very easy and a hassle-free return policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a prompt credit coupon. Simply return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original box packing within 15 days of delivery for an exchange. What are the items/services that I cannot return?

Following are our returns guidelines

  1. 1. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on briefs, swimwear, shapewear, hosiery, or any lingerie sets that include a brief. Intimate wear does not come with any return/ exchange.
  2. 2. Gift cards are non-returnable and can't be exchanged for cash.
  3. 3. Products that are sold, as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
  4. 5. There is a no return policy for items on special or season promotions and stock clearance.
  5. 6. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.

How do I return something?

Check that the items you're intending to return meet our returns guidelines.
Then follow these instructions to request a return:

Step 1: Put the item(s) you intend to return along with the original invoice, product tags and product packaging in a shipping box.

Step 2: Seal the box securely with a tape.

Step 3: Call us on +971 43918347/ +971 509446155  to check if a pick-up is available in your area or not. Sasan provides reverse pick up facility in only cases of wrong or defective products delivered by Sasan or you feel your consignment has been tampered with during transit.
In case your reason to return is none of the above, follow step 4.

In case you are returning a product for any of the above-mentioned reasons, our logistics partner will come and pick up your returned box.
