How can I shop on Sasan.ae?
We’ve made this experience as convenient as possible for you. Explore the various categories that Sasan.ae has to offer. When you’ve set your mind on something and you know you’re going to rock it, just select the size and color in that item and click “Add to cart”. Once you have added all that you love to the cart, proceed to the cart icon on the top right corner and click checkout. Enter your contact details along with shipping and billing addresses. That’s it! You’re all set to receive your beloved package in no time.

How do I make a payment for a purchase?
We offer several modes of payment for your order: Credit Card; Debit card; Cash on delivery. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your credit/debit card information.

What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is an alternate method of purchasing from us, other than Online payment (By Credit/Debit card). In the COD payment terms or COD service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.

Are there any hidden terms and conditions for a COD purchase?
This is a strict cash-only payment method; cheque or other payment methods cannot be used for COD orders.
Please note we do not accept foreign currency as payment against a COD order. This mode of payment is available for an additional fee of AED 20.

How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through TCS logistics. Once you place an order, a shipment tracking number will be attached to your order confirmation email. You may use the tracking number to track your shipment here- https://www.tcsexpress.com/

Where do you deliver?
Our logistics partners make it possible for us to deliver your package right at your doorstep. Currently, our distribution network scopes all across the Emirates. However certain areas qualify within the remote access category and have a separate delivery charge.

What are the courier charges and why am I paying for it?
A simple and cohesive mode of delivery has been optimized for your convenience with a flat fee rate, regardless of the weight. A portion of the delivery cost is paid by Sasan and the other by you. This helps us deliver the package at your doorstep, without having to charge you an incremental increase with the weight.

  • Orders above AED 100 qualify for FREE DELIVERY
  • A flat rate of AED10 is charged on all orders below AED100
  • For deliveries to remote areas, a flat rate of AED45 is charged

When can I expect my package?
The team at Sasan.ae and TCS are working to the best of their ability to deliver your package on the Next Business Day of you placing the order. In case of delays, you will be notified. Delivery times will vary on Fridays and public holidays.

What should I do if there is a problem with my package?
Do not hesitate to contact our customer service team via email support@sasan.ae or phone and Whatsapp on +971563811581. Kindly include your order number along with the TCS shipping number and any other information you can provide to help us track your order.

Can I cancel my order? If so, how?
We understand that sometimes things might change and so will your mindset. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. You may email, whatsapp or call our customer service team (within working hours) as soon as you decide to proceed with the cancellation. No refunds will be provided for orders that have been shipped.

How do I place a return order?
Sasan.ae is happy to provide a convenient and generous return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible to return the products within 15 days from the date of delivery under the following criteria:

  • The products are not underwear. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on bras, briefs, swimwear, shapewear, hosiery, or any lingerie sets that include a brief. Intimate wear does not come with any return/ exchange.
  • The original receipt of purchase is maintained: one that was delivered with the package or a print out of the email confirmation.
  • The product is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and contains the original swing tags.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and can't be exchanged for cash.
  • Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
  • There is a no return policy for items on special or season promotions and stock clearance.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.

For online, prepaid orders, refunds amount will be processed once the items have been received and gone through a thorough quality check. Once processed, the bank will take 10-14 working days to complete your refund. Please contact us if you haven’t received your refund within 14 days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, a credit note will be issued to your Sasan.ae account once the item(s) has been received and a quality check has been conducted.

Will the delivery fee be refunded if I return my order?
In the case that a wrong item or size is sent, we will be happy to refund the delivery fee. Unfortunately, if you no longer wish to keep the item, we will not be able to refund your delivery fee.

Can I place an order for Exchange on Sasan.ae?
In order to place an exchange order, follow the steps of an “Order Refund” and we would be delighted to receive your new order.

Should I create an account with Sasan.ae? If so, how do I go about it?
Creating an account with Sasan is recommended for a faster and more convenient checkout process. You will be able to access your previous orders, shipping details as well as your wishlists. Signing up would also allow you first hand access to any promotions and special offers.
Signing up is simple:
