How do I make a payment for a purchase?
We offer several modes of payment for your order: Credit Card; Debit card; Cash on delivery. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your credit/debit card information.
What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is an alternate method of purchasing from us, other than Online payment (By Credit/Debit card). In the COD payment terms or COD service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.
Are there any hidden terms and conditions for a COD purchase?
This is a strict cash-only payment method; cheque or other payment methods cannot be used for COD orders.
Please note we do not accept foreign currency as payment against a COD order. This mode of payment is available for an additional fee of AED 20.
How will the delivery be done?

Where do you deliver?
Our logistics partners make it possible for us to deliver your package right at your doorstep. Currently, our distribution network scopes all across the Emirates. However certain areas qualify within the remote access category and have a separate delivery charge.
What are the courier charges and why am I paying for it?
A simple and cohesive mode of delivery has been optimized for your convenience with a flat fee rate, regardless of the weight. A portion of the delivery cost is paid by Sasan and the other by you. This helps us deliver the package at your doorstep, without having to charge you an incremental increase with the weight.
When can I expect my package?
The team at Sasan.ae and TCS are working to the best of their ability to deliver your package on the Next Business Day of you placing the order. In case of delays, you will be notified. Delivery times will vary on Fridays and public holidays.
What should I do if there is a problem with my package?

Can I cancel my order? If so, how?
We understand that sometimes things might change and so will your mindset. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. You may email, whatsapp or call our customer service team (within working hours) as soon as you decide to proceed with the cancellation. No refunds will be provided for orders that have been shipped.
How do I place a return order?
Sasan.ae is happy to provide a convenient and generous return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible to return the products within 15 days from the date of delivery under the following criteria:
For online, prepaid orders, refunds amount will be processed once the items have been received and gone through a thorough quality check. Once processed, the bank will take 10-14 working days to complete your refund. Please contact us if you haven’t received your refund within 14 days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, a credit note will be issued to your Sasan.ae account once the item(s) has been received and a quality check has been conducted.
Will the delivery fee be refunded if I return my order?
In the case that a wrong item or size is sent, we will be happy to refund the delivery fee. Unfortunately, if you no longer wish to keep the item, we will not be able to refund your delivery fee.
